HSE Policy

A designated person is responsible for ensuring compliance of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and subsequent legislation. Head office and site activities are included. Where specified within a contract, project specific H & S plans are generated including suitable and appropriate risk assessments and the provision of resources and competent staff.

Environmental Policy

MyPeople Group is committed to reducing the impact of our operations and products as well as being a leader in environmental responsibility. We follow strict policies to ensure that the company remains in full compliance with environmental regulations where we do business.

Whenever possible, MyPeople Group conserves natural resources by using recycled materials and supplies, efficiently using energy and participating in recycling programmes. MyPeople Group encourages and supports the sustainable use of renewable natural resources.

MyPeople Group reduces and, where possible, eliminates waste through source reduction and recycling at company facilities. All waste is safely and responsibly handled and disposed of.

Ethical Policy

MyPeople Group endeavours wherever possible to procure product that has been sourced only from sound ethical origins. This is achieved through the positive examination of the declared sourcing policies of our prime product suppliers.

IT Policy

MyPeople Group’s IT strategy is regularly reviewed at senior management meetings. Development software configurations created in-house are Beta tested in-house and soak tested at a remote site installation for field engineer input and evaluation.

Proprietary virus checking and firewall software is installed on servers, all individual workstation PC’s and laptops. Frequent and regular updates are procured to ensure contemporary protection.

A regular, routine computer back up process is maintained throughout the network computer system in parallel with portable computers utilised by field and mobile staff.

All these processes are validated and monitored via routine internal audit procedures.
